1 + ½ cup (180g) refined flour
¼ cup (30g) cocoa powder
2 teaspoon (8g) coffee powder
1 tablespoon (12g) baking powder
½ teaspoon (3g) baking soda
¼ cup (30g) caster sugar
2 cups (480ml) milk
2 tablespoon (25ml) lemon juice
⅓ cup (80ml) oil
½ teaspoon (3ml) vanilla extract
5-7 crushed Oreos
Melted butter for brushing the waffle iron

Waffles for breakfast is my thing! I like adding a homemade fruit compote on top of waffles. I've often ordered waffles just to eat them with Strawberry or Mulberry Compote. I feel compote adds a bit of tartness and fruitiness to the waffles which balances out the sweetness. 😊 It's great that Borosil has a waffle maker now so people can make them at home. #myborosil #bakewithshivesh

You the best thing about waffles...they are like poetry. Look simple but can be as complicated as can be or have as many to as little things or nothing at all. Take it at its face value or just dig deeper to find more. Ummmmm . My all time favorite topping is fresh mango slices with light tender coconut ice cream, some creamy coconut sause sprinkled with toasted grated coconut. Try it and you will not go back I promise. Also our family favorite in non summer months has to be grilled caramelized banana, salted caramel sause and vanilla ice cream with toasted walnuts.. 😋 I am drooling... running over to the kitchen now.
