I have been married just over a year (my 1st and only marriage) to a man who divorced twice. Our first year was the HARDEST of my life. We are both christians but I thought he was a stronger man of God going into the marriage than he truly was.
Through faithfulness to the covenant we made, we pushed through and didnt divorce (though i was tempted so bad by the enemy)
God is faithfuland now we have a beautiful marriage and my husband has grown and exceeded the potential i originally had about the man of God he was.
My marriage testimony is the most powerful one I have when i share the gospel.
The world is watching us. We have to walk in obedience and faith and just watch what God will do!!
My husband and I have been separated since May 1, 2024. I had a conversation with a friend last night and she explained that no one ever showed us how marriage was supposed to go. That she has never seen a healthy marriage. Today, I decided to look at your channel and God has me to hear what marriage REALLY is and how it's supposed to work. I love my husband dearly but have not been responsible or treated my marriage with respect. God has sent you to give me the greatest gift today, the beginning point of the purpose of my marriage and all marriages. Thank you!

I love what you said about both having to surrender in order to restore the marriage - this is key because bitterness can take root and reconciliation will not be able to flourish with weeds hanging on.
