Shop Keeper is a 1999 Buizen 48 - Hull # 14 - now exclusively for sale with YOTI Sydney Harbour.
The Buizen 48 is highly regarded as one of the most charming and enduring Pilothouse Yachts ever designed. These boats were designed in Australia and built at Mastercraft Marine by the incredibly skilled Eddy and Fritz Buizen. Each boat taking around five months to craft.
The quality of construction and outright performance of the Buizen 48 has also seen them maintain incredibly good resale value.
Shop Keeper is a 3 Cabin layout with a master cabin in the bow that is fully teak-lined and comes with the full width double berth. There is plenty of dressing space and privacy. The aft port cabin has a double berth, and the starboard side has a single berth and includes the navigation station. On the starboard side forward, the boat is configured with twin leather lounge chairs split with a beautiful teak coffee table.
She comes fitted with all the creature comforts; 240v generator, split zone air-conditioning, Watermaker, satellite TV, Bose entertainment system, and much more.
Shopkeeper is fitted with Furlboom in boom furling system for the main, and furler on the headsail. She has an extensive range of Raymarine instruments and autopilot as well as a bow thruster, and a lightly used sail wardrobe with main, #1 and #2 Genoas as well as an MPS Spinnaker.
