It’s relatively straightforward: by studying the curriculum. Which is the seven liberal arts. Study the master texts in each of the seven liberal arts. Aristotle’s Organonon. Cicero’s Orator. Nicomachus’s Introduction to Arithmetic. Euclid’s Elements. Boethius’s Fundamentals of Music. Ptolemy’s Almagest.
