He holds the right mouse button down which will trigger his gun to aim down the sights which will make the crosshairs smaller then he hovers the crosshair over the oppenents head, after that, he puts force on the left mouse button which will trigger the gun in the game to send out an artificial bullet which will infict a critical hit because the crosshairs were placed on the oppenents head.
