Please help me out There's something I can t explain The innocence in your eyes is gone Colors faded away Please help me out Something s different today The silent spark in your smile is gone What could have washed it away. Chorus: Did it just disappear just a minute ago it was here Well I guess I can t stop The love disappearing from your eyes Did it just disappear just a minute ago it was here Well I guess I can t stop The love disappearing from your big brown eyes. Please, help me out There must be some other way Didn’t we talk me talk on the phone all night what do you want me to say Please help me out Please explain me again Tell me where did the fire go Tell me what took it away Chorus: Did it just disappear just a minute ago it was here Well I guess I can t stop The love disappearing from your eyes Did it just disappear just a minute ago it was here Well I guess I can t stop The love disappearing from your big brown eyes.
I’m not sure how this song was presented to my life I’m really thankful. It is 2020 and I had originally thought this was a recent new wave song..... nope this is almost a decade old haha wtf
Why the rustling noise in the background? Pretty sure it is done on purpose, the noise is there in the Spotify version as well. I mean, it is not bad or anything but there must be a reason why (that dummies like me would fail to understand) and I would like to learn about it.
@@RhythmRundown thank you for the answer! I couldn’t find that on Google but does this method have a name? What I wonder is: many songs just don’t have it. I mean, what would this song lose if there was no rustling sound?
@@tolga9388 actually, there’s lots of songs with vinyl scratching as a filler. For some music it’s part of the genre, like in lo-fi beats where vinyl scratching is almost the norm: it gives it a cozy, warm and vintage feeling while also adding texture to the song. Now, back to ‘Big Brown Eyes’. I think the white noise/vinyl scratching gives the song a vintage and also a lo-fi kinda vibe. It also makes the song less empty: the song is pretty minimalistic with not too many instruments (not that it’s bad or anything, it’s actually the opposite). The white noise really helps clearing out the silence and gives the song more highs.
@@pinzinkinzin4066 wow! Thank you for the reply. Now I know. The other (I guess original) version of the song doesn’t have the noise. But that one is indeed faster paced and doesn’t seem to need any filler.

it’s a texture thing. typically just helps fix those empty spaces sonically
