I was watching some baling the other dinner, the land was so steep they were having to reverse cross slope to stop the bales from running down the slope, when they were dropping them, it's all dog and stick up here no arable at all.

Great video Joe, I had to smile when you said someone had moaned you were being unfair to Noah. What BS, I'm 62 and love playing with power washers. Cleaning a John Deer has to be easier than cleaning a Centurion. 😉. Glad that you & Mr B managed to get the late train out of that there London, it's a proper funny place after dark.🤔🤣.

I just wish more users of heavy farm machinery liked jet washing too. If they did, the roads wouldn't be covered in c**p when this kit is moved to a new field etc. No point in washing our cars when these clowns get moving 'cos they'll just be covered in sh1t very quickly. And, if you're riding a motorcycle, just make sure that your insurance is up to date - you'll need it as you slide down the filthy tarmac. More jet washing please....🙏🙏🙏

We do use the big squares for hay sometimes. We like the round bales for putting in the ring feeders, there is less waste.
Plus we get JD Mick on the baler so one more person helping out. 😀👍

I think you’re missing the point entirely!! 😮 We Finnish Angus cattle with an average age well under 24 months on rotational basis with zero concentrates and minimum overheads it’s more than environmentally sustainable!!
If it works for you and your farm that’s great. The great thing about the uk is our geography is so varied, that everyone’s farm suits different systems.
I think here we don’t have a big enough grass area to make it worthwhile.

Ask 100 people what regenerative ag means and you will get 101 different answers. So much of it is just proper farming husbandry and the rest is hypocrisy, I’m sick to death of hearing about it from everyone with a commercial interest to line their pockets.
no not angry just sick of people taking the piss out of others especially the farmers son just think you had a job to go to when you left school
Ken I’m not sure if you’ve had some bad experiences in the past with farmers sons etc.
It doesn’t mean everyone is the same. My mum n dad told me not to go into farming all my school/ uni life. I actually had a couple of jobs out of farming before, I came back into agriculture… one was in a leisure centre… I was one of the youngest there, and I was the one cleaning the toilets and changing rooms.
After uni I started on a graduate scheme with a car hire company… guess what you do when you start there… I cleaned cars, lots of cars, and picked up customers, basically all the easy for anyone to do jobs, so that the guys who had the experience could get the more complexed stuff done, bit by bit I learned in between, earned respect and rose up the ranks.
