    Wow. What an epic video. Loved the editing, the lifts and the overall energy u brought. No matter what people say about the angle, no lift is ever perfect (trust me i got a lotta hate for my rise lift😂) but seriously man it was an epic vid. For 6 months ur upper arms are freaking massive. Great lift on pronation and yea rise after pronation pr is quite difficult;) Keep it up champ when im in Chicago ill hit u up. Been there a few times but never to arm wrestle. Keep crushing it bro!!!!! Hit me up if u got any questions 😊

    Solid lifts! If I was being really nit picky, Id say to try and stay just a bit more parallel but not necessary. You're progressing fast brother, keep killin it!

      Good point. Yeah I am still uncomfortable doing that lift so I gotta just get used to it.

    90 lbs is still a crazy lift for pronation in 6 months. My pronation is only around 85lbs and I've been in the sport for a lot longer. Very amazing progress man! I'm excited for the next time we pull to see how you feel on the table.

      It used to be like 65
      For some reason I think my wrists have regressed. I’m going to take it easy on the wrists

      Thanks Cameron! It’s feeling better today been doing some extensor rehab. Going to try to pull a little on Sunday to get the movements back into it.
