Oh my gosh I'm such a goof I wrote my request for the way you mixed the pigments before I saw the recording so sorry!
No worries! I get a little excited and do that too LOL
In the beginning of the film you were showing the colors in supper fast mode and no matter what I did i was unable to tell if you mixed any of the pigments with tube paints. Would you mid giving me the colors you used for this pour? I would love to do one using these colors. Will you do a video where you mix your pigments with and without tube paint. One last question WHT pouring medium did you use? ✌️👏👍🏼😌😉
So sorry, Sometimes I record in fast mode on accident and then I have to slow it down so I apologize for that. Can you possibly pause the recording and see the colors? If not i can go back and watch it and tell you, I dont remember off the top of my head, sorry.
ALso my dutch pour recipe is always in the description and usually always the same:
2 oz Floetrol
1 oz paint
1/2 oz water
I will definitly work on a video mixing the different ones for sure, in the mean time Erica Hughes has a video out called "how to mix pigments for a dutch pour" that can help you. Hope this helps hun.
What do you do if you are going to mix a pigment and a tube paint? Which recipie do you use?
I use some golden, regular gel gloss and mix it with water till runny, then add pigment and floetrol, like I do all my other paints. so basically make it into a paint first, then treat it like all the other paints and mix it with what ever you do usually then pour LOL (I just add floetrol cause i already added the water to make the pigment. Hope this makes sense. also Erica Hughes has a video out "how to mix pigments for a dutch pour" thats what I use.
@@MistyNelsonMysticGIGI So you make the pigments into your Dutch Pour recipie then add the tube paint into it after? Wouldn't that thicken the pigment back up you just thinned out? Or do you do up the tube paint to Dutch Pour consistency also and add the two together? Trying to figure out how to take my TLPS and add a tube paint and then make the Dutch Pour consistency to use? Still slightly confused in Southern CA!?!???🤪🤓🥺😩

@@carenstevens693 so it’s spelled Arteza, and they have paint in pouches but only if you order those one. Also for the discount it DONT work on Amazon only on the website of the products. I don’t have any discount codes for Arteza either, just the ones I mention in my description box! Hope this helps
@@carenstevens693 how you make them thicker all depends on what technique your doing? If your doing a Dutch pour and you mixed your paints all up and one is too thin, then you can just add more paint.
Another way to thicken up paint is heavy gel gloss or regular gel gloss would be my guess, I’m not quite sure! Wish I could help more, sorry! Try to google it lol
