Honestly this is the most diverse looking staff ever I’ve seen at this store and that fact that all of them look different is nice
It really is. Definitely not all that diverse... but the most diverse a Brandy Melville has ever gotten. Just one african American and that's it.
Karly Miller body type matters at brandy Melville because they only have one size. You probably wouldn't see a size 0 girl at a plus size store

Not necessarily socially considerate but I don’t see why they should be forced to stop it- it’s their choice. People are continuing to shop there and they’re seeing annual growth in sales so that’s the sad reality

you don't have to be tall to work at brandy melville! i've watched videos on brandy melville workers and most of them are 5'4 and above. my brandy in my state also doesn't care about height. they choose tall people so they can reach the shelves, it's nothing personal.

i love how ppl are commenting how "diverse" the store is, but in reality there are 2-3 girls of color & one gender non-conforming girl, for the most part, the other girls are blonde & white, this isnt diversity, i is more diverse than most stores. But that doesn't make it diverse

You have to be 14, tall, a size zero, extremely pretty, white, and very rude to work at almost every Brandy. And you have to be okay for working for an incredibly racist, and rude brand that only carries sizes XS and S, blatantly steals other brands' designs, and hires people just to take pictures of each other and be rude to the customers that don't fit into their practically one-sized clothing.
