How can you file itr 1 when your have Capital Gain

Sir pahle mai ITR 2 file kiya tha , uske bad me revised ITR 2 file kiya , yadi mujhe notice aata hai to 139(9) ke under jab ITR file karunga to kiska acknowledgement no. Dalna hai

Yes, Revised itr can be filed. Then U have to response to notice with disagreed stating reason that the revised itr with correction has already been filed .
