“He Lets Him Be as Though He Had Not Been”: Reframing a Black Adventist “Text of Terror”

Ingram R. London, PhD cand., is an Assistant Professor of Systematic Theology and Ethics at Oakwood University, School of Theology in Huntsville, AL. Before his doctoral studies, he served as a lay pastor in Indiana and Texas. His research interest lies at the intersection of Race, Theodicy, and Adventist Studies. His dissertation topic addresses the plausibility of developing a Black Theodicy within a Cosmic-Conflict worldview.
