@@ShockedTaiLung On top lvl isn't common enough for S+ tier, actually, since MkLeo has not played him, rarely you will see the character winning a Major or some Tournament. Mostly bc is hard to kill without the ult, and his extraordinaire speed is useless if you don't know how to play around it (or your opponent is simply better and you will difficultly outplay him)
