Please provide E refund link. Why can't you do this? Why are you taking too much time to refund my money? Am I begging you? From 31st January 2024 to till date everyone is doing fake commitment. Everyone is liar. I can't trust you until I get my money back. Your sales executive collected the money 2824.92 and he did fake commitments for installation till 3rd Feb 2024. After this you cancelled my request of installation jio fiber without my consent. You did incomplete refund and now I am taking continuously follow ups to get my refund. I got 1824.92 by using E Refund link of jio. You are forcing me to do strict legal steps against this because today you are doing wrong with me and later you will do wrong with others in future. So, I think your corrupt management want to learn some lessons against this dishonesty. This is last but not least warning that I have to send Notice to Jio fiber to get justice. You are harrassing me. I will keep the name of Vivek sharma, sumit area head, Sunil Shukla, Anuj Jain ,jio fiber escalation department and your so called customer care in FIR. Already you wasted my 21 days. Right now, I am very irritated and frustrated due to fake commitment of your team.
Introduce a 60 mbps between 30 and 100 mbps. None of them are my need now

Jios 4k set top box can't stream at 4K....streaming quality is pathetic. It is not the hardware issue... But they are streaming at low quality.

@@josaphcj7199 See I do have a 4K tv from LG. Which supports lots of Aap. Suppose if I play hotstar through my TV app the quality is really good, either 1080p or HDR. But whenever I play the same content through jio set top box (hardware supports 4K) the quality of picture is so bad as if they are either streaming at 144p or 480p. So I stopped buying 999 plan. Almost a year passed still the issue exist. Several complaints raised, still yet to be solved.
Maybe problem with your set top box, check the bandwidth you are getting.. in my case it’s working fine for my 47’’ 4K 3D LED Tv. I’m getting around 28mbps speed in the set top box

Live TV experience is bad. Regular channels have no clarity..HD channels are good. DTH or cable TV is user friendly.

Free trial is available but you have to pay refundable security deposit of Rs.1500-2500 depending on "internet only" or "internet+OTT". If sales executive denies, you can talk directly to JIO company.
