Four companies have signed NDAs. They are just looking behind the curtain, not necessarily buying. Fisker has over 1 billion in debt. and their IP isn't worth that much. Better for an OEM to let them go BK and pick-up the pieces for peanuts and no debt.

Nobody is forcing things because there aren’t enough assets to pay anyone except the main secured creditor, anyone forcing them into bankruptcy will lose so no point.
What this says about the company without any verbal or written agreements on the matter is that Fisker is either a shell corporation, or a special-purpose entity. Tata wants entry into the U.S. market. The whole thing about Nissan and four corporations is just a ruse.

If you bought at 2 cents your investment would have just quadrupled, you need more of a tolerance to loss than I have to play that game though since the downward trend appears to be more likely now.
Fisker will go bankrupt, and it's doubtful that anyone would buy what's left. Investors will lose everything; owners will find their cars are worthless. Henrik will walk away with a big pot of money and start up another wonderful business aimed at getting fools to invest.
