This skins movements are very weird, compared to the newer skins they have been releasing this one is just not that good. Guam herself as a ship didnt really leave a lasting impression on me, she seems pretty meh..
There are feedback forms that the developers send out inside the game. You can use those to express your opinions. My game priorities are 90% gameplay, and 10% everything else (including story and cosmetics).
Yeah, I was surprised when they announced two URs for the event. Especially when one of them was the upgrade to one of the starter ships. I kinda wish Constellation got the UR treatment instead since she was more memorable to me or made Guam just a SSR. Guam's personality was a bit... ehh. She's just that hyper jolly girl who comes off a bit fake imo

But I have a feeling that one of the next PR dr rarity USS ships is gonna be a large cruiser that represents the rest of the unbuilt Alaska class, and that Alaska herself will be a UR construction ship.

The art is definitively not bad. It is better than anything I will ever make. However, I am not sure if it is better than USS San Diego.
