Now this sounds like it could belong to a escape stage for a Sonic.EXE fan game, like the finale you escape from Sonic.EXE'S sanctuary (Act 1 being a normal level, Act 2 having him as boss and Act 3 being the escape, like in Nightmare Beginning)

The skidding sound effect is two PSG channels, though, not one.
This remix is incredible. If it came from the original game, I wouldn't even be surprise, with how it fits well with the original soundtrack. AMAZING

Im loving this remix! Though i wish when you did the "I AM GOD" and the "RAUUUGGHH!!!" Part, You used a slightly deeper pitch to make sound like him. Otherwise this remix is absolutely wonderful and it slaps like hell
