He nailed it. Our experiences and environment is what molds us.without failure there can be no success. I garuntee 99% of successful people have failed time and time again but they learned and made the proper adjustments.What people don't say especially democrats is that without failure you don't learn. When you give people a pass cause your scared of hurting their feelings they don't adjust their actions but instead repeat them cause they dont know its wrong. It's like played bloodborne or darksouls. You get murked and you adjust and try again until you find something that works. Even Denzel said " if your not failing your not learning". Youth of today thinks they do no wrong so no corrections and look at the state of america
