放工回家,想食咩攞出來烹調便可以了。

第三個餸「紅蘿蔔薯仔燉牛肉」好好味而且好送飯!💕我係煮食新手,第一次整完之後,得出兩個小總結:
(1)紅蘿蔔同薯仔盡量切細粒d,例如1x1cm,因怕佢熟唔透/唔夠入味。
(2)加水或湯要加多d,蓋過曬食材係基本份量,期間要開蓋睇下會唔會煲乾水,有需要再加水。
