Hi, mates. I need your help. I have 8 plant associations. In the dendogram, first I have to divide them into 3 different groups and then group them according to soil and climate variables. Which code should I use in R studio?
The units and their subordinate units are as follows:
Forest Vegetation:
Unity: Crataegetum aroniae
Unity: Quercetum brantii

I made dendogram with all variables. so it gives wrong classification. so firstly I should group 3 main, and then use variables.
Sir, change variable to character type done but change column variable as row names... It's not done, 😢 show: Error in'.....
Duplicate 'row.names' are not allowed.
So what can I do sir? Please solve the problem
how can we know that our data sets form only two cluster, I mean why we don't use any method to find out the optimum no of clusters like elbow method
