I would never put that tonearm and cartridge on any of my vinyl. What force is that tracking? A Dual 1219 Automatic table? Yes. For 78 RPM I have a Macintosh preamp with equalization switches outfitted with a home brew DC supply.
Yeah it was obviously designed for old shellac records and would likely destroy vinyl!
I get mad when people throw these away give them to people who can fix them
