  • I purchased this 200W luftmusic bluetooth amplifier for installation in my '72 BMW 2002tii. Bench testing the amp shows promise. It has USB input and USB charging, Aux input and bluetooth. Remote is completely wireless and charges via USB type C.
    Wire the red wire to a switch power source since the amp does have a slight power draw when turned off.

    You might be able to find it cheaper on Aliexpress.

    Doing the same and hiding all of it in my factory and/fm.
    I found a company called DS-18 that doesn’t even use the remote, you use your phone, volume set by you and the amplifier you choose to use. Cool stuff

    I installed a Kenwood Bluetooth amp in my Slingshot with a pair of 6.5 speakers. The sound is amazing in an open space, so I can only imagine how it sounds enclosed. I might just have to put one in the 86 MC. Thanks for the idea. 👍

      Dis you end up getting a Velex amp? If so did it perform as well as the Kenwood set up?

      @@mrchrisknight315 I ended up going with the Kenwood Bluetooth amp. I haven’t had any issues to date. I think there’s a newer version on the marker now, but I’ve heard great things about the Velex amp as well.

    "Audio in mode" is what she is saying.. 👍

    Installed this in my MR2 after watching this video. All good! One question: did you manage to make the lady shut up or at least make her quieter? In a cabrio, that’s a real problem when arriving into a condo parking at night…

      @stevenc22  Před rokem +1

      Not really. You could put the radio on a switch so you only turn it on once you leave the parking lot

    If I wanted to run a subwoofer off this, is there another channel? Or just the 4-speakers wires?

    Does it talk to you every time you connect your phone? or does your phone just connect up and start playing music?

    You can put 4 speakers with this amplifier, correct? Does it have fade for the back speakers?

    • @stevenc22
      @stevenc22  Před rokem

      Yes it supports 4 speakers. No I don't think you can fade the back speakers. The controls are very limited because of the wireless remote

    4A x 12V equals 48W. So 12W per speaker roughly, if 100% efficient. 200W peak to peak at full tilt input limits..... or just Chinese marketing with no relevance to the engineering..... great idea though!

      Yup, output claims often seem sketchy. Once i get my other speakers, i can fully test the system as full out and see what we get!

      @@stevenc22 did you ever test the output? I'm debating on this unit for the the price or spend more on a Kenwood/JVC similar unit. I want to drive 2 wakeboard speakers in my Polaris RZR 800.

    That awful voice on power on and change of mode is enough not to buy it

  • @raoulheinrichvonmerten4851

    Stop playing with the parts. Very annoying.
