How do you have such a large area, behind so many other homes? Is that normal for your neighborhood? I love it! You're doing so much of what I'm also doing, but i don't have as much space. What zone are you in?
We are real estate investors and bought the two houses next to us and rent them out, but truncated the backyard so we could have more of it. We aging parents and growing kids our dream is to maintain flexibility for the possibility of a family member living next door down the line.
