There's the issue of Pogo in Bamban, Tarlac with its illegal and horrifying activities, which replicate what is happening elsewhere in our cities. We do need to investigate the extent of the Mayor's knowledge and involvement, or lack thereof. However, besides Sen. Risa investigating, I wonder who would cast the first stone at her?
POGO are good source for employment for filipinos if only strictly implemented that it should be hiring at least 95% of its employees should be filipinos...and 5% for other nationalities ....and properly monitored by our legit government agency....but the other problem is "some "if not all of our government agencies are corrupt??thats why some POGOS are engaging in illegal activities??
