    Veg lollipops are a delicious and popular appetizer in many Indian restaurants. They are essentially vegetable balls or nuggets that are crispy on the outside and soft inside, served on skewers like lollipops. Here's a recipe to make veg lollipops at home:
    Ingredients:
    For the vegetable mixture:
    - 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, peas, corn, finely chopped)
    - 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
    - 1 onion, finely chopped
    - 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
    - 1 teaspoon chaat masala
    - Salt to taste
    - 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
    - 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (coriander leaves)
    - Oil for frying
    Instructions:
    Prepare the vegetable mixture:
    - Steam or boil the mixed vegetables until they are cooked but still firm. Drain any excess water and let them cool.
    - In a large bowl, mix together the boiled and mashed potatoes, cooked vegetables, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, cornstarch (or all-purpose flour), breadcrumbs, and chopped cilantro. Mix well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
    Shape the lollipops:
    Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into small round balls or cylinder shapes. Insert a small wooden stick or skewer into each shaped ball to resemble a lollipop. Repeat with the remaining mixture
    Coat and fry the lollipops:
    - Heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadhai over medium-high heat.
    - Carefully place the coated lollipops into the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides. Fry in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
    - Once fried, remove the lollipops from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
    Serve:
    - Arrange the vegetable lollipops on a serving platter.
    - Garnish with onion rings and serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup and lemon wedges on the side.
