I use your videos for daytime anxiety, and at night in order to get to sleep and you never fail to take my anxiety from a 10 right back down to a 0. The world could be falling down around me but if I'm listening to this? I won't even notice!

Edit: I did some brief psych research and found that ASMR is indeed verified as therapeutic! There has been research to show that ASMR has been proven effective in helping Autistic people to regulate our nervous systems and help us through meltdowns, or even steer us away from a meltdown altogether.
Its also being researched for insomnia, and a range of other mental health issues. So there is research being done, and results are strongly suggesting that it is useful therapeutically! So soon youll be Dr Maeve, clinical ASMR professional 😎

As an autistic person, I can confirm ASMR can help prevent a meltdown (for me at least)! I often listen to ASMR on my breaks at work because my job is so overstimulating and sometimes I just need something quiet and relaxing to prevent me from losing my shit.
