    Bosu Lunges w/hip drive 3x12 each
    DB Side Lunges 3x12 each
    Banded Skiers 3x10 each
    Burpee Sled Jumps 3x10 (sled push back)
    TRX knee drive to pushup 3x20
    Assault Bike Sprints 3 x .15 mile
