In the 90's billy ray cirus said he would practice his singing while jogging. I don't know why I've always remembered that, but it works. That and (it may sound silly) swimming under water helps. Taking a quick deep breath then letting it out as slowly as possible while getting your heart rate up. It helps relax your diaphragm.

Man this song is so relatable. As someone who has social anxiety, I'm actually very approachable on Texts but when people meet me in real life, they think I'm socially awkward so I end up alone 🙂 Nevertheless, Halsey has given me so many cool online friends and I'll forever be grateful!!
