A quick Beginner's Guide that tells you all you need to know and doesn't waste your time! Cinder is a Fast Character with Great Mobility & Damaging Combos! This tutorial will cover his Special Moves, Shadow Attacks, Instinct Mode, and his best Normals. Plus, some Bread and Butter combos to get you started (Mid-Screen and Corner).
BUTTON TRANSLATION
Attacks
LK: light kick
MK: medium kick
HK: heavy kick
LP: light punch
MP: medium punch
HP: heavy punch
PP/KK: Shadow Attack
Directions:
f - forward
b - back
u - up
d - down
qcf - quater-circle forward
qcb - quarter-circle back
f, qcf - dragon punch
If you need the Numbers Translated, then check out the video description! Also, I left out how Cinder's Inferno Ender can light the Opponents Limbs on fire, but that's because I'm saving it for the Advanced Guide ;)

Blue Aura You press all 3 punches when needed. it can be done at any time during the combo :)

I can't thank you enough for this video, I was looking for an easy and consistent opener for Cinder and couldn't find anywhere, and you showed me b f hk which is super easy and consistent, thanks to that I was able to finish season 2 story mode 100% = )

Is it just me... or do I see Charlie's flip kick and M.Bisons psychology crusher? Maybe be other street fighter moves I don't recognize.
Psychology crusher. Lol. I don't the think the Phsyco crusher can be used up to 3 times in a row in any direction. I don't think Charlies flip kick creates a pillar of flames to launch the opponent.

Not even bad, is it a reoiable charactwe to main? Im new to KI and jumped into it 2 weeks ago i love cinder from SNES n i want to buy the new pack you suggest him? Or who else other than fulgore is cool?

blinkshadown Yeah, he's pretty good. His only downside is that one of his most mobile moves (Trailblazer) gets beaten by a LOT of moves. Even normal attacks can beat it.
How do you get used to using forward/back characters so easily. Because once I did the dojo mode when I first got it. Now I am only used to quarter circle characters like jago and spinal
It takes getting used to especially if you see their inputs and your mind thinks "Charge character." You do not have to charge Cinder or Sabrewulf's moves. You just flick your wrist (on a stick) back to forward/down to up and push the button. Practice with him and build your muscle memory. That's all you can do.

I guess Cinder doesn't have Invisibility or Projectile Immunity modes anymore.

HighLanderPony I don't think he's generic at all. I can't think of any fire characters that know Jeet Kun Do. Nor can I think of any who's origin is that they were spliced with alien DNA. If he seems a bit "old-school" than that's definitely because he is an original character from the old game 20 years ago.
TrueUnderDawgGaming Again, I meant appearance. His lore might be cool, I didn't know about that. He looks like a dude on fire with kneepads. Was just a first impression.
