I'm related to Brevard Family the town was named after, they were related to Jetton, Wallace, McKnitt, Alexander and few more families.
OP Taylor’s is a wonderful stop for real kids and us big kids! It a cool shop with toys like we had as children-very cool. You’re right about the Sunset Motel, it is a great place to stay and was very clean when we stayed there. Would definitely stay there again.

Hello isnt there any stores closed because of Codid which is running rampant in the States ,, Canada is all locked down
Some are. Most of the places closed in the video was because of new years weekend. Some restaurants are closed but not many

I had a college classmate from Brevard, N.C. but have never been there, nor did I know it's known as the City of the White Squirrel. Rocky's Corner General Store looks like an interesting place to visit for ice cream, and apparently it's popular, too. Thanks for taking us along with you, Tony.
