In this video series I show the assembly of the legendary Liebherr R960 SME by PREMACON Germany in 1:14.5 scale down to the last detail. The model is individually hand-built in Germany according to the customer's wishes. More information about the model is available at www.premacon.com
In this fifth episode, the stick, i.e. the foremost part of the boom, is assembled. I show how to install hydraulic hoses on the Stick and introduce the Likufix system - an automatic quick coupling for hydraulics.

In dieser fünften Folge wird der Stiel, also der vorderste Teil des Auslegers, montiert. Dabei zeige ich wie man Hydraulikschläuche am Ausleger verlegt und stelle das Likufix-System vor - eine automatische Schnellkupplung für Hydraulik.

Good video 😊 what material is the machine made of? I heard something about plastic/carbon fiber except the metal parts, is that correct? Thanks
thanks for yor nice feedback! The machine is alost entirely made of metal (stainless steel, steel, aluminium). Only the exterior like shown in part 10 is made from plastic as a 3d print
