In this video, I dive into the delicious world of Filipino breakfast with a dish called Longsilog! 🍽️ Longsilog is a delightful combination of longganisa (a sweet Filipino sausage), sinangag (garlic fried rice), and itlog (fried egg). What's interesting is that the longganisa tastes remarkably similar to European shawarma, offering a unique fusion of flavors. Join me as I savor this sweet, savory, and mouthwatering meal. Don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more food adventures! 🚀✨

Kurt, ang dami namin tawa when you said, “dun ako nag aral” with your tongue sticking out just like the former Mayor of Bamban. 😆😆 Ang galing! Kuhang-kuha mo na talaga ang Pinoy humor.
Perhaps the spices that Germans used in Döner Kebab or the Greeks used in Gyro are the same spices we Filipinos used in making Longganisa, that’s why you can taste the similarities. Keep those great videos coming and we’re always here to watch and drop a comment. ❤️💕❤️💕🥙🥙😋😋

Yes Kurt, like the others said, it's Binatog. The vendors don't shout it. They just hit the iron hanging on the bicycle, locals know it. Like the ice cream, the vendors ring the bell in their hand. They don't need to shout "ice cream!".

Just helping...the fish (dang - git)would have to be an acquired taste to appreciate it! Quite expensive here in the states if you can get it! It is one of the premier fishes in 'Pinas! Long-ga-nisa, originally Spanish sausage adapted to Filipino taste (sweet) is spiced with paprika & cayenne! We have them here for a long time now in U.S. & Canada & if remember it right also in Mideast! That aside, watching you, brings back memories of childhood past getting those 'short' long-ga-nisas from our
suppliers in the market! By the way, your plan to 'help' people to build their own source of incomes are plausible, noble & admirable! May the gods be with you always to bring in subscribers & viewers! Godspeed!

Act of wanting to drink or taste somebody's drink = Painom , painom naman po, painom naman please
let's Drink = Tara inom tayo
Can/May I drink this? = Pwede ko po ba itong inumin?
Danggit (is a sun-dried Rabbitfish or Spinefoot fish) madalas galing sa Cebu, ang syllabication nya at Dang-git. Dang (pause) tapos git.
Do what you love para masaya ka. Ingat palagi, stay motivated, and may God bless us all. 💪🙏❤🤙

My understanding is each resto/karenderia's rating stand on it's own! It would be impossible to rank or 'pit' thousands of them so food critics allocate points or stars or 'bells' in the tristate area where we are! By that, you would know how the food served fares. Keep on plugging Kurt! You are doing a great service to these businesses! Godspeed!
