Damn, should have recorded my trip doing this in 2017. Started in London, had 400 pounds to spend. Messaged 10 friends, gave each person a number. Number one had to book from London to the cheapest, number 2 from that place to the next cheapest and so on. I was sent my next booking after arriving in each country. Number 11 was booking myself back to London from wherever I ended up. Everything was three nights. So in that month I went London-Sofia-Malta-Vilnius-Oslo-Brussels-Krakow-Sarajevo-Corfu-Ibiza-Milan-London

Zante is my happy place! I remember going to shipwreck cove, where you were so not on the beach itself, when I was 6 years old! The last time I went and spent time in Zante I was 18! I’m 26 now and dying to take my little family there one day soon! I was a little concerned when you stood right on the edge of those cliffs because they are super dangerous and can fall whenever but overall I’m glad you enjoyed my little slice of perfection in this world 😁

Skyscanner has some arbitrary listings when it comes to what they showcase as the cheapest destinations. It's mostly a matter of advertising for them based on who pays them. The cheapest flight from Bari is almost always Tirana, Albania. It's a 30 minute flight served by most low cost carriers, and a one way ticket often costs something around the 10-15 euro range.

Zakynthos is my favourite place. Shipwreck beach has had numerous rock falls recently and doing what you did and showing it is reckless and downright stupid!

I don't know if it is just a coincidence, but me and my friend took a train to Vienna and then took the cheapest flight, ended up in Bari, went to that same beach as you guys and ate pizza at the same pizza place (I think). Crazy world

Hitchhike around Europe, but you have to rely on the kindness of strangers. (eg. everything must be handed to you such as; food, having a bed/couch to sleep on, money, etc. Unless you really have to spend money.)

If you can ever go to Malta I suggest that and to fly extra cheap while in Europe there's an airline called Ryan Air try that as w3ll for your cheapest flights
go to Albania, is so close to grees and you will be gratful to see that beauty
quite a lot for the flights but I guess it is last minute. I have actually tried to eat at mcdoanlds in every european country i have been to and everywhere it tastes a little different :) options can also vary
