Why are there only two buffer capacitor for a stereo amplifier? Doesn’t one channel need at least one buffer cap for the positive and one for the negative half ?

Like many amplifier designs, the power supplies are shared between the left and right channels. There are the two main filter caps you see but each channel has local filtering. Glad you enjoyed the breakdown!
Why is it built with non metric bolts? Are you using non metric tools on metric hardware? Even Phillips screws are an odd choice pozidrive would be more useful.
As a US based manufacturer and sourcing US manufactured parts and hardware, we do not use metric hardware. Good eye.
