I do hope they pull some good stuff out of MK11. I still think putting breakaway on a separate meter from enhanced attacks was a good call, as well as having some dedicated armor break moves. Also liked the strategy aspect that Krushing Blows added. On the other side, definitely breaker instead of breakaway, so you can actually stop non juggle combos, and I'm torn between X-Ray vs Fatal. Fatal did have a nice comeback factor to it, but it did feel a little weird when your opponent gets MORE dangerous because you're doing well against them.

2:22, SUCH a smart move on MoonBreathing’s part but also Killah. Moon went for the tele to avoid the bomb, thinking that Killah would stop blocking in hopes that the ice bomb connected. So after the tele he does a fucking projectile to try and capitalize but Killah waits to ensure the bomb hits before letting go of block and that saves him from getting converted on. Gotta love high level gameplay

or u can just block the tele duck and punish the projectile or react to him not even throwing a projectile and still punish him , mans was sloppy

@@aaronmulenga8937 lmao that was pretty bad as well. This game is great but the hitboxes go crazy. I've used Sub's slide to LOW PROFILE that overhead normal from Raiden

WOWSERS, both Raiden variations are dangerous in the hands of Moonbreathing. It's a joy to see this guy playing Raiden. I just hope that he can do the same in MK1, I hope that Raiden is still as powerful in MK1.

Moonbreathing was nasty even in some of those Mellina losses. Some nasty comeback attempts. The CyberSub was no joke, high level sets.

MK11 has really good tutorials. There they explain to you what is frame data, what is "safe"/"unsafe" and all that stuff.

I doubt it. Compare the hits and see. The way hits slow down when they connect in MK11 and MK1 is what (I think) compromises the hype.
In MKX the hits are smoother and faster. Also the sounds of the hits (on hit and on block) are just so satisfying.

Doesn't matter how strong could be RKilluh (one of my fav players), Raiden is just stronger, than CSZ, while CSZ has nothing to challenge him, CSZ has only one mid and there is no mixups on the midscreen.

MK11 was empty and boring to play and watch. MKX is still great to play and watch.
I prefer 11 to play, X is casino with rushdown and no neutral. But combos in X are really nasty.

Nah you just have nostalgia for it, which is totally cool. But it has aged really badly if we are talking about playing it or even just watching it today, even taking internet out of the equation and playing offline it has horrible hitbox issues, huge charcter disparities, and a ton of other problems. It was definitely really fun and it is full of nostalgia, but its really not that great of a fighting game today.
