7:09 Regarding the Ralts line: Male Kirlia can evolve into either Gardevoir (at level 30) or Gallade (when exposed to a Dawn Stone), but female Kirlia can ONLY evolve into Gardevoir. This is because Gallade was introduced in the generation AFTER the rest of the Ralts line was.
