I'm arriving on 9th January from UK. I'm so excited for the changes and this is my first solo trip.
When walking through the parks: water, hat, sunscreen, phone, list of ADRs, snack/s, (shorts, shirt, socks), and VERY good shoes!
If they want to simplify Genie+, just DUMP IT and go back to FP+ !!
Can't stress water and sunglasses enough. Absolute essentials.
How do you bring it all especially on rides?

To say your videos are comprehensive is the world's greatest understatement.
If you could do a single day park hopper instead of being forced to get them for all days, I'd do it. Also, it is my opinion that the DDP is a ripoff unless you plan on getting the most expensive thing on every single menu with every place you go. Others may feel differently.
When my extended family went, we had multiple high school and middle school athletes who ate like machines. It ended up being a good deal just to keep that chunk of the group fed.

Going again in January, since spouse has conference in Orlando. We were just there in July (another conference; went to MK & EPCOT). This will be the second time for our 5-year old; the 8-year old loves HS, but I don't think HS is as kid friendly to the 5-year old. Any advice on re-visiting WDW with kids?

Why don’t you ever mention modifying party size for dining reservations. I’ve found that some restaurants don’t show reservations for one but if you add more people they show availability
Yep I do this. I go solo often as an local passholder and it's usually hard to get reservations for 1, but when I try for parties of like 2, 4, or 6 I'm usually able to book. Then when I get there I tell them my party can't make it and it's just me. They'll usually accommodate me without a problem.

Someday if I ever go back to Disney world again I'm just going to pack my favorite sleeveless dresses some comfortable shoes bathing suits and my favorite Aristocats dolls! The Aristocats is one of my favorite Disney movies because I love cats especially Marie! Anyway I miss Disney world my father said it's not going to happen again but I never lost hope because I know that one day if I get enough money to go back there again I'm going to have a great time! But sometimes it's hard to be independent all by yourself so I think I'm going to bring a friend with me! I once lived in Galloway and when I was there ever since my grandma died I've been very independent going to the plaza all by myself to Michael's where I could get some art supplies unfortunately those days are over my family and I couldn't stay and I was not so independent anymore ever since we left Galloway! Sometimes I wish I could live in Florida because there were a lot of reasons I never liked the winter very much but mostly I like to go to Disney world anytime in the summer especially in water parks and most importantly I would love to see more characters from some of my favorite Disney movies! I even love my favorite Disney princesses Jasmine Ariel Aurora Rapunzel and Cinderella! Sometimes my favorite Frozen character is Anna because she is the second born the younger sister of Elsa and she wanted to help her in any way that she could because that's what sisters do they're like best friends but much better they are sisters! Sometimes I wish I could see one of the Aristocats characters like Marie and her brothers Toulouse and Berlioz! I wanted to tell them how much their movie meant to me and they also inspired me to be a cat lover and to make cartoons about kittens! I think I would ask Marie how she would feel if she would wear aqua!? I'll bet she'd be as cute as bitsy from superkitties!❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜🩷

Build in time for the two of you to just be together-- a nice dinner reservation, back to the hotel mid day, that kind of thing.
We made sure to have a nicer dinner reservation at Disney spring (STK)
Actually, I won’t be visiting in 2024 because we let our annual passes lapse in September-after 20 years.
I like going to parks late at night. I refuse to be up and stressed about what rides I’ll get at 7:00 AM on vacation.

@@Niallisababe1 I'm reminded of two Walt quotes. He said them about Disney Land, but the same should apply to Disney World.

We LOVED our years at Disney and would be back (and spending money) in a minute if it simply returned to being my "happy place"--an escape from the stress of my everyday world that let's me afford my vacation time.
There is just too much time that you have to spend on your phone. Thats not a lot of fun to me
You can always wing it. This shouldn't be too difficult to find but there's a video out there of a couple who decided to cycle Disney's California Adventure. The husband used Genie+ and only followed its recommendations. The wife just got in any line she fancied, no computers, no phones. She ended up having a much better time. He ended up in a creepy situation as a single guy dancing with young kids. So I mean it can work! It's just a question of what you want to get out of it because winging it like that probably means you'll miss some choice rides or attractions.
We wing it and we get so much done and have such a fun time!

I'm a computer person - and turning off and on a computer which is acting up - known as rebooting - clears out the memory - an area an application uses to store information to speed up that application. Sometimes stuff gets into memory which messes up an application - and quite often rebooting will fix the problem by cleaning out the bad data.
Sometimes I wish that Disney world would not ask for too much money! What I'm trying to say is that sometimes money could make you power hungry! And I only wish I had enough money to go everywhere in Disney world including the water parks or perhaps a beach!? I don't care which hotel I'm going to stay for a while as long as it has a pool! I felt just like Ariel and her kitten Treasure from Disney princess Palace pets I'm just glad that Ariel is a cat person and she has a cat who was not afraid of water treasure is really lucky to have Ariel and of course she was never afraid of water! And in the year 2022 my mother once told me that it was the year of the water tiger which proves that sometimes cats don't hate water it all depends on what kind of cat he or she would be!? I really want the people who works at Disney world and Disney channel Disney everywhere to redeem themselves from asking for too much money! It may be out of my control but I haven't lost hope so I'm never going to lose hope not now not tomorrow not ever! ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜🩷
