3-5 hours a day, be realistic buddy 8 hours of Uni, 6 hours of sleep, 2 hours of travelling, 3 hours of studying obviously less brain needs more time to study and rest of time my parents are like-"beta Thoda help karado".
I am not complaining I am saying that how you get time for all that when you are not at hostel.
Then the only options is to sacrifice because you can't say "I need payback by only working 1hr daily". you may get but it will just prolong the success period.
