No, if a TONU is paid that particular load neither helps or hurts your score. If your grade was down and you were trying to use that load to improve your grade and then they cancel it, then by virtue of the fact of it not helping you, it would end up hurting you because now you would need one more week to achieve what could have been achieved this week. This would only hold true if it were the only load you were going to run this week or if all other loads this week were cancelled as well. Their grading system is insidious. 👊🏻🍻
@@STATTrucking I think it does because when I look at the graph that says last 6 active weeks it shows that the graph continues even though I only had 2 cancelled loads for that week , the acceptance metric says 100 percent but tge other 3 shows 0

Hey boss does a cancelled load where TONU is pad count towards an active week ? Considering all the loads you booked for that week got cancelled?
