Hi everyone đđŒ If youâre interested in being in a video practising the CAE speaking exam with me and getting some free feedback, follow me on instagram (@lemonsqueezy.eng) and send me a message!
Your videos will help me prepare for my CAE more effectively! While doing this part, I really felt like I was at a real exam, though I was at home sitting on my chair!
hello, Becca! thank you so much for this useful video! I have a question about the qualities part: do we have to talk about all the qualities listed or just talk about those that we actually think people might need?
I think it's a great playlist so thanks and compliments. Just, If I can say, only difficult by using these videos is absence of subtitle. Some time could be difficult understand some question (for example: you ask how and what do you enjoy most... or how what...). Is it possible to help understanding questions? Thanks again
Practice makes perfect! The examiners know that you might be nervous so just try to think of it as a normal conversation. Take a deep breath and just be yourself âșïž
Hi Becca, thank you for your videos, they were extremely helpful. I did the exam yesterday and did fairly well in the oral exam but the listening and reading were a disaster. So, I guess I will have to keep revising with your videos, as I will probably have to do the exam again. I'm dejected, really dispirited.
Hi! I have a question. When asked "where are you from?" am i expected to just say where i'm from and nothing else, or am i supposed to elaborate a bit more?
Hi! Thanks for commenting đ you should elaborate a little more but not too much. If it were me, Iâd say: âWell I was born and raised in Liverpool, but I moved to Alicante, Spain when I was 20 and Iâve been living here ever since.â The examiners know that students prepare for these questions and they donât want to hear something that youâve memorised so donât be surprised if they cut you off quickly for this one!
Should there be a compulsory retirement age, or should people be allowed to work as long as they like? Keep talking to yourself and good luck with your exam đ€đŒđ
Hi! I have already presented my speaking exam and I felt really well, all your videos were pretty helpful for me thanks a lot, keep on working in this way I really appreciate your help. Thanksâ€â€â€

as an A candidate i gave my opinion then as a B candidate i completely agreed with candidate A ( which is also me đđ€ )
not me playing both A and B roles because i don't have my partner around đđđ i seem crazy talking to myself all alone
đ€Ł that way you practise twice!
I did it too hahaha I felt like I had tid, the best part was when I didn't agree with myself hahaha xd
I did it too, I agree and disagree with myself đ
