    How can you recognize an anterior tilt with someone who has a big bum/behind/bottom

      I would recommend palpating for bony prominences such as the ASIS for example would be a good spot to start, ask for consent first!

      Another sign of an anterior pelvic tilt is what we call "rib flare" where the bottom of someone's rib cage is very prominent.
