How To Professionally Spray Paint Doors with an Airless Sprayer Graco 395. I demonstrate with an airless sprayer and a Graco Rac X 311 tip how to achieve a perfect spray finish. I detail how to achieve a perfect finish and go through the steps. I use a Graco 395 airless sprayer with the pressure at it's lowest setting to right before you have lines on the sides of your spray pattern. if you have lines steadily increase the pressure until you have a consistent spray pattern on a test piece of rosin paper 1' away. I set up 30 doors in 1 rooms to be sprayed at one time.

Its called a door tree . Making all surfaces that require paint accessible all at once .

The finish looks money. I’ve been having a hard time getting my graco 390 to push paint through a 310. I know it’s not the sprayer, is the paint to viscous and I need to thin it a bit?

I always cross hatch so I don't get "high lows"... every tutorial I see, guys spray up and down and don't go side to side... and I just know looking from the side there could be high lows/... I've literally shot a couple thousand doors

I've never had inconsistencies with 2 coats and overlap by 50%
