And ziptie is a good way to quickly slap that fender or bumper back on the car before the next run ;)
flex sealer of any type zip ties and duck tape now thats the material you cannot ever break
zip tie = rope/wire
flex sealer = rubber of any type/water proof
duck tape = main cover up
zipflextape is the name i came up with add more materials for stronger bond

I can't say I'm disappointed - because even with a buggered rear wheel on the first lap, it still got into the top 10 :P
Nevertheless, if it did have 4 wheels, it might have been in the top 3 - but I suppose that there aren't any re-runs in this series.
However, Blackfoot v2, which is a complete re-make, should be out by the time the next Beam series is out - so keep your eyes peeled for that one...

This reminds me, I was leaving work one time when I saw some lady in an old Cherokee driving on a flat tire that she'd driven off the wheel. Idk how far she went but it was a lot further than she probably should've gone with the tire like that haha
Drift cars are some of the toughest motorsports vehicles. Chassis is typically built to be very stiff and strong, usually including strong bash bars behind the bumpers specifically designed to protect the engine, Intercooler and other components. Control arms and towers typically feature cross braces, and very strong forged alloy parts, with the front track slightly wider to accommodate larger wheel lock. Suspension is usually a specialized coil over setup, axles typically heavier and stronger, as well as a stronger diff, stronger transmission to handle the higher torque, and an alloy block having been tuned to make reliable power. They typically feature dry sump lubrication as well. The driveshaft is a potential weak point, being often of a large diameter but hollow composite material, which while lacking the mass of a typical driveshaft, makes up for the necessary momentum by being a larger diameter where the inertial force of the mass being displaced outward rather than being condensed as a solid shaft would be, provides enough axial momentum.

First car is basically a sileighty which is a nissan 180 with the frontend of a nissan silvia because those parts where cheaper
it's the BeamNG lore version of more of a Odyvia. it has the front end of the pessima grafted onto the 200BX. the Sileighty is different as the cars shared the same platform, making it an essentially direct swap, the odyvia though is quite different.
I'm pretty sure that they would put the s13 front ends on their cars becouse they were lighter too
Imagine the points the Twoima would be getting if this series was a drift tournament - going around near enough every corner, and even when it's going straight it's sideways. The angle wasn't that incredible, but still, that would be a massive chain.

Is there a way to weigh the vehicles before and after the run? I'm curious to how much weight they lose in body parts and engine fluids. Great video!

I think the problem is Automation cars can at times be a whole deal stronger than the rest

Ironic that the Blackfoot would go out on the rocks, I remember the pigeon having a nasty flip but otherwise very few vehicles having any serious trouble around there...?
It couldn't get enough speed up after coming out of the mudpit, and the wheel being missing meant it couldn't get enough height - so the front diff hit a rock, and shunted the driveshaft back.
It's a bit unfortunate really, since to be honest, it wasn't the car's fault that the wheel snapped in all of this. I'm pretty sure the wheel axle is the same strength as the Hopper, Roamer and D-Series, but I might be wrong. Hopefully he re-tests it as another version, to give it a better chance.

2nd car, that's an off roader, that might do well but i'm thinking speed bumps and axels don't mix so yeah that's going to break it,

honstle the axle breaking off could have been useful because it slowed the blackfoot down which limited the damamge you could ahve done to it othewise
You should take the euro style semi truck around the circuit, specifically in the single rear axle version with the most powerful engine. I have a feeling it may challenge the top cars

I HAVE A CHALLENGE: built to last, the challenge is to make a car (or truck) in automation and build it to last and test it on the Endurodrome, the only limiter factor is that it must feel like a tank when your driving it

A Cherokee is unibody and would be much lighter that thing is body on frame
You should do a video where you make rubbish or good cars in automation then port them to beamng and do a driven to destruction
The first car is like phone battery, the lap tha car gets destroyed but keeps the same shape for 3 laps or so and the phone battery life is the same, 90% flies away but the last 10% won't give up.
Does this game goes soo deep that different car components have different behaviors? Like.. Each car has his his own suspensions wich tends to bend instead of collapsing/breaking? (Just an example) or is failrace just making comparison with the real cars tho?

I would like to see speed being more uniform between vehicles with no biases because the cherokee copy would have been done better if you wernt so dumb with it and kept it at a uniform speed instead of justifying it the way you did

I think you should lower the youre recording settings (resolutionwhise maybe 720p and if that dosnt help lower the fps to 30) as its pixeling pretty much, otherwise nice content
That's just youtube's compression, it sucks. Nothing he can do about that youtube's compression is really bad for beam videos.
