Overview of uncertainty from sampling - Mike Ramsey

Prof. Mike Ramsey, of the University of Sussex, discussed sampling as part of the measurement process and describes how to estimate the resulting uncertainty, with examples covering in situ sampling and the optimal choice of sampling strategy.
