Caretakers are vital in completing our projects but getting a very reliable one that will be true to you until project completion can be very challenging. It is easier for the home owners to not think of the human attachment caretakers can have for projects when they oversee them. However, they imagine being the owner throughout the whole process and sometimes when you trust them and put money in their hands to handle the purchases of materials, the money can easily corrupt them in their thinking. If the money doesn't corrupt them, family members or friends will. This happens when you build too much confidence in them and blindly agree to things they say.
