I have no metabolism. Im 53. I've been 35 pounds over weight for a decade. I've lost several pounds here and there but then I put the weight back on.
My main exercise i can do is walking, but I live in a winter state. I have arthritis in my hips and spine.
I was doing ok on a lazy keto. I had mineral deficiencies from all the water I drank. And it got boring. We gather around foods and it is very hard to not grab BBQ chicken or a slice of carrot cake etc... all year long we have tons of birthdays.
Any how, I feel sick almost 50 to 75 percent of my life.
I need a boost and I'm hoping that green coffee bean works for me.

I took 800 mg yesterday of a paradise brand. I took it at 8am and didn't feel anything extraordinary but by 7pm I experienced and migraine, nausea and diarrhea. I will see if it happens again today.

I just finished my first bottle and I believe there’s about three weeks worth of pills in a single bottle. I lost 3lbs with zero exercise which I am very happy with. I have no desire to work out anymore and I just wanted something to skim off a stubborn few pounds. I am thinking about doing som exercise with my next bottle though. I’m hopeful it help me lose even more than 3lbs. I had no side effects either. Overall I had I too exp with the pills

It was tough for me cause I LOVE snacking but at the end of it I ended up finding new snacks I like that are healthier. :) We can take supplements but we have to change our diets to keep the pounds off. Something as small as removing a daily snack bag of chips and walking for only 30 minutes a day could make us lose 4 lbs in a month :) wishing you the best of luck on your journey! 😊 (ps. One awesome thing I found with healthier snacks is that I didn’t have to eat as much to feel satiated)
