Nothing like a Classic Defender.
Sweet.
Thank you for the positive feedback! Hoping to make garage session videos more often 👍🏻
Lovely Landy.
Looks epic mate. Love retro sounding tune you were playing. Keep the vids coming.
Awesome video!!! Thanks for the hard work and effort to bring us content during the lockdown period.
Nice one, I'll keep a look out for the full flex photos
Such a cool build!
Looks awesome man!
Awesome video - It makes me want to do some modding video's as well!
I love this beast! :-D

How much were the shocks and springs ? Did you use a 35 inch alterain tire ? Heard there better for road noise ?
How are you liking the Terrafirma suspension now you’ve had it on a while? I find the big bores on the rear are too soft and bouncy with the factory 130 spring setup (helpers still installed)
Are the driveshafts OEM as I already have 33's on but really want 35's and im afraid that the shaft will break easily.
Thanks from 🇲🇹
Awesome vid! what offset wheels do you have to fit the 35's ? cheers
Thanks! They're 10J -40. Might be a bit wide but have not had a debead yet
Daai lyk presies......dalk tyd dat ek begin karring aan my Disco ook.
Do i spot free wheel hubs on the front axle?? If so, I do not understand... If the front wheels are disconnected, centre diff need locking before drive goes to the rear wheels. Shureley, all that V8 torque is going to snap halfshafts in the rear....
It's got a Land Cruiser gearbox and transfer case. The centre is always "locked" which makes it a bit more difficult to turn in low range. I carried spare shafts underneath the tub but never broke one, driving with mechanical simpathy defintely helped in this case.
You have to make the roof matt black and make a video
your defender is not permanently 4 wheel drive?
What offset are the rims
Just out of interest, what made you decide to not replace the rotor or even have them skimmed when replacing the breakpads? I'll need to replace my breakpads on my FL2 soon and sit with the dilemma or replacing the rotors or not. I guess the best would be to check if the thickness falls withing the prescribed minimum?
As mentioned in the video I already replaced the discs and pads prior to our Namaqua trip and lost a brake pad on the trip so I had to replace the whole set of front pads again. The rotors barely had 3kkm on them so they were still new. I would strongly suggest measuring used disc rotors to decide if they need to be skimmed or replaced, but it all depends on the wear
Hi there , i am a massive Defender fan and own 5 defender . 1 of them being a 130 , any chance you have the dimensions of the plates at the back where the flickers , brake ,reverse and fog light are ? And where can I get those small brake lights and flickers you have on your 130 ?
Defender regards !
I just took the dimensions from the standard light plate and had one laser cut to fit the eagle eye LED's. You can find them on ebay
shes beautiful
as somebody in the land rover off road group i say that land rovers are wayyyyyy under rated
