    *Mechanism of Action:*
Flibanserin works by rebalancing neurotransmitters that influence sexual desire. It acts as a 5-HT1A agonist and a 5-HT2 antagonist, increasing dopamine and norepinephrine (responsible for sexual excitement) while decreasing serotonin (responsible for sexual inhibition).

    - Discontinue after 8 weeks if no response
    *Common Side Effects:*
    - Dizziness
    - Nausea

    *FDA Warning:*
    - Flibanserin combined with alcohol intake increases the risk of severe hypotension and syncope.
