Seiko 2023 Special Collector’s Edition Clock (Official Video)

Experience the magic all year round of colorful fireworks. Melodies In Motion by Seiko is a whimsical musical clock. It plays one of 45 high-fidelity melodies every hour while the dial on the face opens and spins. This year's clock is adorned with 22 Preciosa crystals which sparkle and twinkle in the light. The frame of the clock is a faux brown marble design to fit into any decor. The light sensor ensures that the clock stays quiet in the dark.
Enjoy this clock all year long with its fifteen classical music box melodies, six holiday melodies and 24 all classic crystal bell melodies, 6 are new this year. The rotating pendulum adds sparkle and shine with each Preciosa Crystal precisely placed for optimum delight. Measuring 17.50 x 16 x 3.75 inches, this spectacular wall clock will add beauty to any space.

I can’t help but say I’m super disappointed. It’s a complete reskin of last years. 2019-2023 have all been the same 3 piece rotating dial mech… I would be happy to see SOME kind of change, like the 6 piece dial seen on QXM554BRH for example, or even something unique like QXM398LRH where the balloon floats around the dial. But now they’re all starting to look like each other and the phrase “collectors edition” is loosing its meaning, each one isn’t unique anymore.

This is the first time I was aware that Seiko made these types of clocks, and I'm disappointed because the design is lazy. They could have made something whimsical, or better yet, magical. Instead, they chose the clock face to break up and rotate. It looks like it's broken and someone tried to duct tape it together. I'll keep looking for something nice
