I only learned about R’bonney when she won the Ms. Universe crown. It’s a cliché but it did make me proud to see someone with Filipino bloodline succeed in the Western world, all the more globally. From then on I followed her causes during her reign and she delivered, slayed EVERY SINGLE TIME. I continue to support her until now because her humility and authenticity radiates from within her.
